Saraiya Family was a part of the Promoter Group of Transpek Industry Limited (TIL), Vadodara and so his entrepreneurial journey with TIL started in 1975. Simultaneously, he also managed other family owned companies in the field of Pesticides Formulations, Chemical manufacturing, Fabrication of Equipment used for Chemical Industry, and other cross functional sectors. His relentless pursuit of excellence, learning and strategic contributions earned himself important positions in the highest echelons of the company from early years of his career. As one of the chief architects of the Joint Venture (JV) between Silox SA-Belgium and Transpek Industry Ltd. and Excel Industry Ltd., he steered the JV Company namely, Transpek-Silox Industry Private Limited (TSIPL), Vadodara as its Managing Director since its inception on 19.01.2001 till 31.07.2020. Name of the Company was changed from Transpek-Silox Industry Private Limited to SILOX INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED (SIPL) in December 2021. From 01-08-2020, he is the Chairman of SIPL. SIPL is in the business of manufacturing and marketing Inorganic Chemicals with end usage in industries like Textile, Paints & Coatings, Rubber, Pharma, Polymer, Ceramic, Paper and Personal Care etc. The Company has healthy cash flow, profitability and business fundamentals. Exports contribute about 35% of sales to over 65 countries. |

MUPL is engaged in manufacturing high quality of Steel Barrels & Drums at Vadodara. Mūller Group has a rich 125 years old legacy, based on sound business principles. Their first ever investment in India happened with the Saraiya family Firm, thanks to the confidence generated by consistent performance credentials and values inspired by Mr. Paresh Saraiya. |

Trustee of Swar Vilas and Ghargharika - Organizations engaged in promoting Indian classical Music and Dance Forms respectively. Mr. Saraiya was the Founder Trustee of Heritage Trust, Vadodara. Heritage Trust, Vadodara has done some outstanding work in and around Vadodara City, the most distinguished work being its efforts culminating in the inclusion of Champaner-Pavagarh as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. |
